BRAMLEY TRAIN PARK
Refreshing the train park
As you may be aware, the playground on the Downs Link near Eastwood Road is in need of refurbishment. Some of the equipment will need to be repaired or replaced and the football pitch needs work to create a playable surface.
The playground is maintained by Bramley Parish Council who have set aside some funds for this work to be undertaken.
Tell us what you think!
In order to find out how parents and children use the park, we are conducting a survey which will determine how the funds will be allocated.
Please let us know your thoughts by completing the survey on this link or by using the QR code below and add your suggestions for the playground at the end of the survey. We really want to hear your views!
Fundraising – get involved!
The funds from Bramley Parish Council are limited and the plan is to fund further pieces of equipment through fundraising and sponsorship.
If you have visited Wonersh Common playground recently, you will see what has been achieved in a few months – with most paid for through community fund raising. We are being advised by the committee for Wonersh Common on how we can create a play space for Bramley children (and parents!) that will be of a similar standard.
If you would like to be involved in fundraising, or can help in any other way, then please leave your name and email address at the end of the survey and we will be in touch as soon as possible. We can also be reached by email here: hello@bramleytrainpark.org.uk.
Thank you!
